ما الذي نجمعه
عند طلب عرض توضيحي أو التواصل معنا عبر النموذج، نجمع: الاسم، اسم المنشأة، البريد الإلكتروني، ورسالتك الاختيارية. كما يُسجَّل عنوان IP لأغراض الحماية من إساءة الاستخدام.
كيف نستخدم بياناتك
نستخدم هذه البيانات حصراً للرد على طلبك وترتيب العرض التوضيحي. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية.
التحليلات
نستخدم Plausible لقياس الزيارات بشكل مجمّع دون ملفات تعريف ارتباط (Cookies) ودون إنشاء ملفات شخصية للزوار.
التخزين ومقدمو الخدمة
تُحفظ الطلبات في قاعدة بيانات مؤمّنة، وقد نستخدم مزودي خدمة (استضافة، بريد إلكتروني) يعالجون البيانات نيابة عنا وبتعليماتنا فقط.

وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية، يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها بمراسلتنا على sales@burhan360.com.
What we collect
When you request a demo or contact us through the form, we collect your name, company, email address, and optional message. Your IP address is recorded for abuse prevention.
How we use it
This data is used solely to respond to your request and arrange the demo. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Analytics
We use Plausible, a cookie-free analytics tool that measures traffic in aggregate and builds no visitor profiles.
Storage and processors
Requests are stored in a secured database. Service providers (hosting, email delivery) may process data on our behalf and only on our instructions.
Your rights
In line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at sales@burhan360.com.
